Intervention:
Liquid I.V. Sugar Free: 1 stick/day (n = 10), 2 sticks/day (n = 10), 3 sticks/day (n = 10) or placebo.
Each stick of Liquid I.V. contained 8–9 g allulose, L-alanine and L-glutamine, ~510 mg sodium, ~380 mg potassium plus vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, C.
Participants mixed each stick into 16 oz water and consumed daily.
Placebo: flavor-matched, sugar-free Crystal Light.
Study Duration: 4 weeks

Liquid I.V. Sugar Free was well-tolerated at all test levels and no significant adverse changes occurred in any of the test parameters compared to the placebo group.
