Conclusions

Caffeinated Beverage with Carbohydrates and Electrolytes (CAF+CE, Liquid I.V. Energy) had similar hydration properties compared to water. This differs from Caffeinated Beverage with Electrolytes (CAF+E, Prime Energy) and Caffeinated Beverage (CAF, Celsius) which contain higher levels of caffeine and limited levels and/or no electrolytes.
